YIN YOGA WITH SOOTHING SOUND THERAPY
With Bonnie Bairley and Nathan Correll
Join us for a delicious session of Yin Yoga - which focuses on releasing tension in the connective tissue and fascia in the body - set to a landscape of healing and energizing therapeutic sound. As the instructor gently guides you in and out of a series of restorative Yin postures, using the breath and various props to assist, Nathan Correll will create a soothing, and at times stirring musical backdrop, utilizing a blend of crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, shaman drum, water and nature sounds, to help you slip into a state of deep release, opening and relaxation. All ages and abilities welcome and encouraged!
